Are your prints handmade or made at a company?
All the items that I sell are handmade by myself, at my house, unless stated otherwise. I made a short video where you can see how the prints are made.
Every order gets printed on Sunday :)
What kind of paper do you use for your prints?
I use DCP, 300 g/m2 OR 250 g/m2
Why can't you lower the prices of the prints?
1. Making prints is a lot of work. I spend quite some time to make them + pack them + send them off.
2. Ink costs a lot, as well as envelopes, paper, ...
3. Almost all of the money I earn from my prints goes back into my art. Thanks to your purchase I'll be able to buy art supplies to continue doing what I love.

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
I try to ship your items off within the same week as ordered. This usually ranges between 2 to 5 days. I try to go to the post office each Tuesday!
How long does it take to arrive?
Within Europe it usually takes one week. Outside of Europe it will take two to four weeks.
Do I get a notification/email when my order gets shipped out?
There is an automatic confirmation of your order once you've placed it, and I also always inform my customers when I've shipped their order off. When you've chosen tracked shipping I will then also include a tracking number!
Does my order come with a tracking number?
Standardly not. I'm trying to keep my shipping prices as low as I can, and therefore you have the option of getting your parcel sent off without having to pay for a tracking code.
Please add the option 'Tracked Shipping' to your cart. This will add an extra €5,50 which is the cost to sent off something tracked in Belgium. You can verify this here.
Orders within Belgium with a shipping cost at €6,- or above will automatically receive a tracking code.
If my prints arrive damaged / don't arrive at all, what should I do?
Please inform me immediately if something like this occurs.
I do however state in every description of my products, and here again as well, that by purchasing my products without the extra tracked shipping, you AGREE that I am NOT to be held responsible if your parcel happens to get lost.
However, I have never experienced a situation where a parcel of mine hasn't arrived to its costumer yet! :)
I send my prints/products off in an envelope with a cardboard back, so normally they would be able to stand bad weather and/or a mailman who wants to fold them in two. Must there ever be any severe damage done, please let me know and I'll see what I can do!
For stickers, I try to send them off as cheap as possible and therefore please don't expect anything too grand either; they get send off in a simple envelope BUT are protected in a little plastic bag.

I am mostly self-taught and learned a lot by watching other artists and YouTube videos when I was younger.
Did you study at an art school?
Yes, I went to an art high school for four years. I decided not to attend an art college as I didn't feel like starting from zero again.
